Yes. All our collections are made from 100% human hair, ensuring a natural look and feel that blends beautifully with your own. We never use synthetic fibers.




3. Do you offer custom wigs?


No. We currently do not offer custom wigs.




4. How do I know which wig is right for me?

5. How long will my wig last?


With proper care, our wigs can last at least 3+ years, depending on wear frequency and maintenance. We provide a Wig Care Guide with every purchase to help you preserve your investment.




6. Do you ship internationally?


Yes. We ship worldwide with secure and discreet packaging. All orders include tracking information, and delivery times vary depending on your location.




7. How long does shipping take?


Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Usually dispatch within 3–4 business days.


Limited Edition Orders: Typically take 10–15 business days to complete and ship.

8. What payment methods do you accept?


We accept major credit/debit cards, pay pal and M-pesa payments




9. What is your return or exchange policy?


Due to hygiene and health concerns, returns are not accepted. Please review our full Return Policy
